Learning For Life — Summit Event Introductions Part 10
“Beginning nutrition education in early childhood is an important part of helping to ensure that children will achieve healthful lifestyles.” — Robert Earl
I have been blessed by all the speakers that have graciously agreed to participate in the Learning For Life Virtual Summit Event. Many of them have made introductions or suggested other possible speakers that might be interested in participating. One such guest is Dr. Delia McCabe an expert in child nutrition and neuroscience from Australia. We had such a wonderful conversation and she wanted to support the initiative further and introduced me to Louise Elliott also from Australia. Louise and I had an initial zoom introduction call. I was so fascinated by the work Louise is doing around educating children to develop healthy habits, that I invited her to participate. It’s exciting for me to bring a global perspective to the summit with guests from Australia and Switzerland. It is my pleasure to introduce one more guest speaker, Louise Elliott.
Louise is an author of two health books and creator of ‘The Amazing Army’ school nutrition program. Her mission is to develop healthy habits early, at a child’s blueprint age. Louise’s entertaining program inspires children to actually want to eat fruits and vegetables. And, every teacher knows that good nutrition improves students’ learning, behaviour, immunity and development.
